It is 4.30 in the morning and I cannot sleep. I’m freezing and I’m tired and I have a lunch date with my father tomorrow at 11.30. That gives me not enough time to sleep.
All I can think of is how great being hungry is and how dumb I am for having eaten anything today and how excited I am to be able to wear a bikini this year and how I’m going to keep working out tomorrow and the next million and a half days.
I just want to sleep, is that too much to ask?

when i cant sleep i put lavender oil on my pillow, have a bath, and put clean fluffy dry PJ’s on.
just be snuggly in bed and breathe as deeply and as slowly as you can. in 2 3 4…hold….out 2 3 4 hold…. and repeat.
write a to-do list for the next day so you have everything sorted before sleeping. pack your bag for the next morning and you will have less things to think about….
these usually work for me. ooh and have a hot chocolate. go on. treat yourself. you deserve it biatch. lol…wow that was a long comment. im a sleep expert 😛
