So I’m back down to 130, it was a little higher yesterday because of all the foodage. I’m going to fast today and hopefully that will help.
I haven’t been able to go and comment to everyone because last night I couldn’t sleep so I took a nice hot shower and then went to bed and slept from 2-12. I need to fix this. Buy some sleeping stuff.

Linner – Half a Peanut Butter sandwich, 150 cals (not alot of peanut butter)
Soup, 220 cals
4 pieces of chocolate, roughly 227 cals
P – 4 Green Tea, 2 Power G
E – 20 minute walk in the cold
Gotta say, I’m not quite so impressed with the whole debate over green tea pills and green tea because of caffine. I don’t think I’m prepared to get addicted to something like that, I just go for green tea pills for health benefits. I already have an unhealthy addiction, and that’s chocolate.

Chocolate’s my unhealthy addiction as well. i always find myself snacking on nestle chocolate chips. i can’t figure out if it makes you break out though…stay strong<3
